The Central Coast Amateur Radio Club Wyong Field Day for 2015 will be held in the grounds of the Wyong Race Club, Howarth St Wyong, New South Wales, Australia.

All funds raised from the field day, go towards maintaining the numerous CCARC repeaters on the NSW Central Coast that are made available for all Radio Amateurs to use.
Gates open at 6:30am. Flea market open from 6:30am. Traders / exhibitors / Seminars access opens at 9:00am.
$15 Per Person.
Under 17′s are admitted free.
TRADERS & EXHIBITORS
The Traders and Exhibitors area will be open to the public for trading from 9:00am on Sunday. Access to this area before then will be restricted to CCARC Field Day officials and authorised traders to facilitate the setup.

For those who wish to sell their own equipment, open boot or tailgate sales may be conducted in the Flea Market. No bookings needed, just turn up on the day and pay at the gate ($15 pp admission + $25 for a spot). Setup and trading from 6:30am.
Note that the Flea Market is not under cover, and as such traders in the Flea Market may need to provide protection for their display in the case of adverse weather.

The CCARC will run a one day foundation training course on Saturday 21nd and assessments for all grades of licence will be run on the Sunday.
Please arrive at 9:45am on Saturday 21 February for a 10am (prompt) start of the Foundation Class licence course and practical training – location is the seminar room on the first floor of the Wyong Race course building and a facilities usage fee of $10 (cash only) will be charged for each attendee. This is a full day course and is expected to finish at around 5pm.
For the upgrade assessments on Sunday, again please arrive by 9:45am for a 10am start – this time the location will be the stewards room at the back of the race club building (ground floor). Entrance fee for the Field Day ($15 except under 17 year old free entrance to the field day) will be required in addition to the WIA and ACMA assessment fees.
What a great opportunity to get into the hobby - Take the training, pass the exam and then buy everything you need to get on air at the field day “Amateur Radio in a weekend”.
Those that are attending are reminded to bring the following
Genuine Passport size photo
One form of Photo ID (e.g. drivers licence, Passport, student photo card).
Pen and basic Calculator
Credit card, (preferred), cash or cheque
There is a $10.00 cash payment required for the facility usage fee
Those that are sitting the education for Foundation please download and bring a copy of the LCD and their Foundation Manual

The main car park entrance is in Rose Street.
Parking for disability permit holders, registered traders and flea marketeers, is via the new gate in Howarth Street. Others arriving at this gate will not gain access, so please make sure you go to the correct entrance.
The nearest train station is Wyong, which is a short walk to the racecourse.
There will be a free shuttle bus from the car park and railway station to the main vendors area for those who have trouble walking.
