Field Day Meetups

The CCARC are offering to arrange "meet-ups" for Australian clubs and groups at the field day. Those clubs who are spread geographically and don't get the ability to meet up very often can take advantage of the fact that many members will be attending the Wyong Field Day in any case. We do not restrict this option to geographically spread groups however, all radio related groups and clubs are welcome to take advantage of this opportunity.

The CCARC will allocate on a "first come, first served" basis, 30 minute slots during the day for the groups. This schedule will be publicised on the website prior to the event and also announced over the public address system during the event as well as being posted up at various visible locations around the field day. There will be an area set aside for the meet-up to take place in the coffee and tea room on the second level of the race club building (this area has lift access for those who have difficulty with stairs).

The list will close at the end of January to allow time to print the schedule posters, or earlier if the list fills.
